MEETX books and secures the hotel room capacity in varying price ranges for your conference. The service includes negotiating prices and signing group contracts for the hotels. We then continuously monitor and adjusts the hotel bookings in relation to the cancellation policies of the bookings.
The delegate can make a reservation online in connection with the registration to the conference or at a later time, they can also contact us directly by phone or e-mail and make a reservation. MEETX send a confirmation and necessary information to the guest and answers questions.
