The International Society of Biomechanics (ISB) in collaboration with The Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences (GIH), the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Karolinska Institute (KI) arranged the conference The International Society of Biomechanics (ISB) 25-29 July in 2021, together with the professional conference organizer Sweden Meetx. The plan in the beginning was to arrange a physical conference, but due to the pandemic the conference became fully digital.

Sweden Meetx helped us from the beginning arranging the conference as a physical conference, as all it needs. Plan and book all conference facilities, social arrangements and had the responsibility of the conference economics. They also took care of all the delegates and handle the registration and payment. ISB is a scientific conference and Meetx helped us with abstract management and handled submissions, reviewing, notifications, and contact with the scientific committee.

As we couldn’t arrange the conference physical, Meetx helped and supported us to convert to a fully digital conference 2021 which had over 1100 digital delegates attending.

In 2025 we will again arrange ISB together with Sweden Meetx and this time as a physical conference and Meetx will then help us with everything around the conference as was planed for in 2021.
